Hello!Meet the family!
I am Kate, owner of Farmhouse Designs. I was born and raised on a small family farm in the Klamath Basin. I learned early on in life how to operate and handle tools and equipment. I love being creative and sharing my passion with others. Creating Farmhouse Designs was my way of finding my own path in life. I love creating, building, designing and supply customers with the quality product. This all started from a small little hobby that I was passionate about and evolved over time. As my passion has grown, so has my knowledge and design skills, and business.
Kyle, is the strenth behind our Home on the Farm.He is a 3rd generation farmer and proud all around American boy! Without him we would be more of a hot mess then we are today. He helps manage his parents farm as well as building ours up. He has so many hats on to run this operation its truly remarkable to see him in action. He is a down to earth, up for anything kinda guy. Which is good since he married to me!
Our four kids keep us on our toes, and keep us busy! They are our world and we love filling every extra second with their sports, 4H animals and school activities. . They know how to drive us absolutely crazy one minute and then fill out souls with so much pride and joy.
So this is us.Life on the farm it is organized chaos but we wouldn't have it any other way.

Farmhouse Designs
Farmhouse Designs started off as a way to let my creative side flow. Over time with the knowledge I have acquired I have been able to bring this business further then I ever could have imagined. Each day I strive to build, create and bring my customers the best quality product. Over the years I have expanded in Interior Design, completing projects in both residential and commercial projects.
I have a passion for transforming rooms, furniture and decor from ordinary to extraordinary. Bringing in items that customers love and most of all following my dream! I look forward to sharing our life on the farm as well as expanding this business to its fullest potential!
In 2018, I set out with a vision to build a one of a kinda Christmas shopping experience. I used a 100 year old barn and brought this vision to life. Through the last few years this event I call, Farmhouse Christmas Market, has brought so much Christmas cheer to all those that enter the barn. This is my baby, my dream I brought to life, my favorite business adventure yet. When I dreamt of this idea I had no clue what I was doing, but I followed my heart and built a fun shopping experience you see today. Each year I strive to top the year before and make it breath taking and magical. We hope to see you at our next Farmhouse Christmas Market!
